To be honest in some ways the perspective seems a bit weird. But it's a very excellent and proficient picture in the other ways.

Oddly enough, I wasn't going in with the intention of making a monochrome picture. I was going to color cell shade it like the other drawing I did (With thinner lines), but each time I got started, I stopped and thought "This looks horrible".
Eventually, I stopped trying to color the picture and started playing around with the backdrop. I liked what I ended up with, so I decided to throw out coloring it normally and made the figure orange.

If you didn't notice by now, I was pretty obsessed with dat ass during the course of this sketch.

I kept struggling with the legs, here. I eventually pulled one foot up, and changed the plane again. Again, I was a bit reluctant to depart from the grounded pose, but the feeling was still preserved somewhat in this resultant pose.

At this point, I still couldn't decide what character this character was going to be, so I ended up asking /jp/. They asked for Cirno.

Well, at least the first request was Cirno, you know how things go in that kind of situation.

Here I have redrawn the post yet again, but the changes are more minor. The main thing that has happened is that I have moved the drawing to be more centered. The only thing preserved here from the initial sketch is the positioning of the torso and dat ass, which I suppose is what really matters.

Meanwhile, /jp/ gets the idea that I should be drawing Gengis Khan instead.

Here is the most recent version of the linework.

More small tweaks. I seem to have decided that I was drawing the ass too big. Perhaps I was right, perhaps not. Maybe I'll change it around next time I work on it.

From that preliminary sketch to here, I suppose it was about 30-40 minutes.

and here's a bonus.

At some point, some anon has requested "Cirno, and Gengis Khan having his way with her" and although I was already so far into the sketch, I couldn't pass up such an entertaining idea.

Made this because I had nothing better to do.

A bunch of stuff I did a couple days ago. This is generally what I draw in my sketchbook. I try to do a few pages a day. If I pick something to flesh out more it's usually because I go "hey this would look neat colored".
Although I usually just trace over the crap I sketch out anyways, so in effect I'm drawing the same image twice.
